I spend most of my time leveraging process like the Double Diamond,The D-school model and several Service design tools to assure my wireframes, user flows, Journey, maps and service blueprints are aligned to the need of the design.

Primarily, I was responsible for several products and experiences where I drive design process, experience mapping and research in order to provide stellar solutions for users. With a human-centered approach to design I’m more than comfortable advocating for user needs. I’m often curious and demonstrate a high passion for learning.
I managed the relationships, reporting, potential growth, and management of strategic direction for FedEx Services Cloud and Mobile. As well, Lead the UX direction for several iniatives and mobile apps accross the company.

Terell has an aptitude for aesthetics and understanding clients that makes him stand out in product design team. He pays close attention to mobile application development during consultation sessions and tries to capture the essence of client's requests in his designs. In other words, he doesn’t just create something that looks visually pleasing, but he also makes sure that it reflects the values of your product and organization.
