I'm a Passionate Design Leader

As a true consensus leader, I’ve developed an extensive knowledge of wireframes, user flows, journey maps and service blueprints. As an SME of native mobile, web, retail POS/popup solutions. I have a strong ability to motivate and manage agile/lean/kanban/ waterfall creative teams.

I spend most of my time leveraging process like the Double Diamond,The D-school model and several Service design tools to assure my wireframes, user flows, Journey, maps and service blueprints are aligned to the need of the design.
